WIT Annual Presentation Ceremony
To encourage our staff to pursuit continuous improvement and adopt innovative ideas and methods at work, MTR Corporation conducted an early planning in 1989 to introduce Quality Circle and established its very first Work Improvement Team (WIT) Council in 1992. WIT was then in full swing as a key initiative to uplift the Corporation’s competitiveness.
The MTR WIT Annual Presentation Ceremony is held every year by the Council to recognize and reward colleagues for the outstanding projects they submitted and contributions they rendered. WIT Committees from our Mainland China & International Business hubs have been invited to join this annual grand event to share and learn from each other to further promote the WIT Culture.
